| 1 - 4 | Touch right heel forward, hook right leg in front of left leg, touch right heel forward, step right home |
| LEFT HEEL HOOK | |
| 5 - 8 | Touch left heel forward, hook left leg in front of right leg, touch left heel forward, step left home (weight should be on left foot) |
| STEP TOUCHES | |
| 9 - 12 | Step forward right, kick left, step left home, touch right home |
| 13 - 16 | Repeat steps 9-12 (weight should end left with the right touch) |
